Nicolás Barrientos
Nicolás Barrientos (; born 24 April 1987) is a Colombian professional tennis player who specializes in doubles. He reached his highest ATP doubles ranking of world No. 47 on 23 April 2024 and a singles ranking of No. 237 on 21 September 2015. Barrientos has won one ATP Tour doubles title at the 2024 Rio Open with Rafael Matos. He has also won 21 titles on the ATP Challenger Tour. Career Barrientos made his first appearance on an ATP World Tour in July 2013 when he lost in the first round of 2013 Claro Open Colombia against Ruben Bemelmans. He made his doubles Major debut at the 2014 US Open partnering compatriot Santiago Giraldo and won his first Major match against Colin Fleming and Ross Hutchins. Tennis competitions at the 2015 Pan American Games in Toronto were held from July 10 to 16 at the Rexall Centre, which was known as the Canadian Tennis Centre for the duration of the games due to naming rights. A total of five events were contested (two each for men and women, and a mixed doubles event). Ruben Bemelmans (; born 14 January 1988) is a Belgians, Belgian coach and former professional tennis player. He has a career-high Association of Tennis Professionals, ATP ranking of world No. 84 in singles, achieved on 28 September 2015, and world No. 128 in doubles, achieved on 1 October 2012. The 2013 Claro Open Colombia was a men's professional tennis tournament played on outdoor hard courts. It was the first edition of the tournament, which was part of the 2013 ATP World Tour.
