Nicola Eisenschmid
Nicola Eisenschmid (born 10 September 1996) is a German ice hockey player and member of the German national team, playing in the German Women's Ice Hockey League (DFEL) with ECDC Memmingen. She represented Germany at the IIHF Women's World Championships in 2015, 2017, 2019, 2021, 2022, and 2023. The 2022 IIHF Women's World Championship is an international ice hockey tournament organized by the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) and scheduled to be contested in Herning and Frederikshavn, Denmark from 26 August to 4 September 2022. Tanja Eisenschmid
Tanja Eisenschmid (born 20 April 1993) is a German ice hockey player and member of the German national team, playing in the Swedish Women's Hockey League (SDHL) with Djurgårdens IF Hockey Dam. She attended the University of North Dakota and played four years of college ice hockey with the North Dakota Fighting Hawks women's ice hockey program during 2012 to 2016. Afterwards, she joined the independent Minnesota Whitecaps beginning in the 2016–17 season. She remained with the Whitecaps when the team joined the professional National Women's Hockey League (NWHL) in the 2018–19 season. She was also a marketing intern for the University of North Dakota's television show, Studio One. Markus Eisenschmid
Markus Eisenschmid (born 22 January 1995) is a German ice hockey player who is under contract to EHC München of the Deutsche Eishockey Liga. He has previously played for the St. John's IceCaps and the Laval Rocket of the American Hockey League. Playing career During his youth, Eisenschmid played for the youth team of the ESV Kaufbeuren. For the 2011–12 and 2012–13 seasons, he played in the Deutsche Nachwuchsliga (DNL). At the same time, he was named to the junior team of the national team. In the 2012–13 season, Eisenschmid completed his first game for the first team in the former 2nd Bundesliga. In April 2013, Eisenschmid was signed by the Hamburg Freezers, but he never played for them. Before the 2013–14 season, North America scouts became aware of Eisenschmid.
