Nicholas Simon Taylor (2 June 1963 in Holmfirth, Yorkshire, England) is an English former first-class cricketer. The son of the Yorkshire County Cricket Club stalwart Ken Taylor, he made his debut as a strapping right arm fast medium bowler, and right-handed tail end batsman, for Yorkshire in 1982. After failing to establish himself in the team he moved first to Surrey for the 1984 and 1985 seasons, before ending his career at Somerset in 1986. He reappeared for Norfolk in List A one day cricket in 1990. Nick Taylor (born 18 January 1980) is a wheelchair basketball player. He competed at the 2008 Summer Paralympics playing for the South Africa men's national wheelchair basketball team. He represented Australia at the 2012 Summer Paralympics, Australia at the 2012 Summer Paralympics in wheelchair basketball, being part of the men's team that won silver. After basketball, he successfully took up wheelchair gold and won the inaugural Australian Wheelchair Golf Championship. Personal Taylor was born on 18 January 1980 in South Africa. Nick Taylor (born April 14, 1988) is a Canadian professional golfer who plays on the PGA Tour where he has won twice. Early life and amateur career Taylor was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba and grew up in Abbotsford, British Columbia. His home golf course is Ledgeview Golf and Country Club. He graduated from the University of Washington and won the 2007 Canadian Amateur Championship. In 2008, Taylor qualified for the U.S. Open, in which he missed the cut by three strokes. He also finished T53 at the 2008 RBC Canadian Open. Nick Taylor (born March 27, 1988) is a professional Canadian football defensive back for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football League (CFL). College career Taylor did not play college football, but rather played college basketball for the FIU Panthers at the point guard position. Professional career Taylor was originally signed as a free agent in 2012 by the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League (NFL), but he suffered a shoulder injury and was released. Nicholas Taylor (born 20 March 1996) is an English first-class cricketer and mathematician. Taylor was born at Huntingdon in March 1996. He was educated at The Perse School, before going up to St Catherine's College, Oxford to study mathematics. While studying at Oxford, he made a single appearance in first-class cricket for Oxford University against Cambridge University in The University Match at Cambridge in 2017. Nicholas William "Nick" Taylor (November 17, 1927 – October 3, 2020) was a geologist, businessman and politician from Alberta, Canada. Early life Nicholas William Taylor was born November 17, 1927, in Bow Island, Alberta to Marie Louise Ancion and Frederick David Taylor, and was the eldest of five children. Taylor traveled to Medicine Hat for High School, and attended the University of Alberta completing his studies in geology and mining engineering in 1949. Later that year Taylor married Margaret Davies on October 1 and together had nine children. Bloodrock was an American hard rock band based in Fort Worth, Texas, that had success in the 1970s. The band emerged from the Fort Worth club and music scene during the early to mid-1970s.
