Nicholle Tom (born March 23, 1978) is an American actress. She is best known for playing the role of Maggie Sheffield on the CBS sitcom ''The Nanny'' (1993 to 1999). She appeared as Ryce Newton in the film ''Beethoven'' (1992) and its sequel '' Beethoven's 2nd'' (1993). She provided the voice of Ryce for the animated series, ''Beethoven'' (1994 to 1995).
