Nicholas Morrow
Nicholas Morrow (born July 10, 1995) is an American football linebacker for the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Greenville University, Greenville. College Morrow attended Greenville University in Greenville, Illinois. Professional career Oakland / Las Vegas Raiders 2017 On May 4, 2017, the Oakland Raiders signed Morrow to a three-year, United States dollar, $1.67 million contract that included a signing bonus of $7,500. Morrow became the first Greenville player to sign an NFL contract. He entered training camp as a linebacker and performed well enough to compete for a job as a starting linebacker against Marquel Lee and Tyrell Adams. Linebacker
Linebacker (LB) is a playing position in gridiron football. Linebackers are members of the defensive team, and line up three to five yards behind the line of scrimmage and the defensive linemen. They are the "middle ground" of defenders, playing closer to the line of scrimmage than the defensive backs (secondary), but farther back than the defensive linemen. 2017 Tennessee Titans Season
The 2017 Tennessee Titans season was the franchise's 48th season in the National Football League and the 58th overall. It also marked the franchise's 21st season in the state of Tennessee as well as the second full season under head coach Mike Mularkey. They equaled their record from a year ago, and not only that, with a 15–10 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 17, they clinched their first playoff berth since 2008. In the first round, the Titans rallied from a 21–3 halftime deficit against the Chiefs to win 22–21, winning their first playoff game since 2003. 2017 Oakland Raiders Season
The 2017 Oakland Raiders season was the 58th overall season of the Oakland Raiders' franchise, the franchise's 48th season in the National Football League (NFL), their 23rd season since their return to Oakland, and the third and final season under head coach Jack Del Rio. It was the first season for the team since the franchise announced its impending relocation to Las Vegas. The Raiders began the season on September 10 at the Tennessee Titans and finished the season December 31 at the Los Angeles Chargers. Cory Miguel James (born May 22, 1993) is an American football linebacker for the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played college football at Colorado State, and was drafted by the Oakland Raiders in the sixth round of the 2016 NFL Draft. High school career James attended Del Rio High School, in Del Rio, Texas where he lettered twice in football. As a junior in 2009, he started all 13 games. As a senior in 2010, he started the first eight games before suffering a torn left anterior cruciate ligament (ACL). Before suffering the injury, he had recorded, combined as a junior and senior, 116 tackles, 26 tackles-for-loss, 11 sacks, three forced fumbles and one fumble recovery. Jack Del Rio
Jack Louis Del Rio Jr. (born April 4, 1963) is an American football coach who is the defensive coordinator for the Washington Commanders of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football as a linebacker at the University of Southern California before being drafted by the New Orleans Saints in the third round of the 1985 NFL Draft. He also played for four other NFL teams before retiring in 1996. Del Rio began his coaching career as an assistant with the Saints in 1997. He then joined the Baltimore Ravens as a linebacker coach in 1999, where he was a part of their Super Bowl XXXV winning team that beat the New York Giants. Marquel Lee (born October 21, 1995) is an American football linebacker for the Arlington Renegades of the United Football League (UFL). He played college football at Wake Forest, and was drafted by the Oakland Raiders in the fifth round of the 2017 NFL Draft. Early years Lee was born in Baltimore, Maryland, in 1995.
