Nicholas Bradanovich
Nicholas Martin Bradanovich (13 September 1907 — 14 April 1961) was a New Zealand international rugby union player. Bradanovich was born in Auckland and attended Sacred Heart College. An attacking first five-eighth, Bradanovich toured Australia with a New Zealand Universities representative side in 1927 and the following year was called up by the All Blacks for home fixtures against New South Wales, contributing 19 points from two matches as the designated goal–kicker. This included four penalty goals in the opening match of the series, to help New Zealand secure a 15–12 win. A knee injury kept him out of the third and final match. He also represented Auckland, Otago and the South Island. Bradanovich was a dentist by profession. Pukekohe is a town in the Auckland Region of the North Island of New Zealand. The town is located at the southern edge of the Auckland Region, between the southern shore of the Manukau Harbour and the mouth of the Waikato River. Otago Rugby Union
The Otago Rugby Football Union is the official governing body of rugby union for the Otago region of New Zealand. The union is based in the city of Dunedin, and its home ground is Forsyth Barr Stadium. The top representative team competes in the ITM Cup, New Zealand's top provincial competition. The union was to have been liquidated in March 2012. However a deal involving the Dunedin City Council allowed it to keep operating. Otago have won the Ranfurly Shield on seven occasions (1935, 1938, 1947, 1957, 2013, 2018 and 2020). They were the National provincial championship winners in 1991 and 1998.
