Nic Dolly
Nic Dolly (born 11 June 1999) is a professional rugby union player who plays as a hooker for Western Force in Super Rugby. He previously played for Leicester Tigers in Premiership Rugby. Born in Australia, Dolly is English qualified though his mother, represented the England under 20 side at the 2019 World Rugby Under 20 Championship and made his debut for the senior England team in 2021. Early life Dolly grew up in Sydney, Australia and initially played rugby union for Eastwood Rugby Club and New South Wales Waratahs junior age sides. His maternal grandparents lived in Denton, Greater Manchester and while on an extended visit he was spotted by Sale Sharks. He subsequently joined their under 18s. The New South Wales Waratahs ( or ;), often referred to as the Waratahs, are an Australian professional rugby union team based in Sydney that represents the majority of New South Wales in the Super Rugby Pacific competition. The 2020–21 RFU Championship, also known as the 2020–21 Greene King IPA Championship for sponsorship reasons, was the twelfth season of the RFU Championship, the professional second tier of rugby union in England. The England national under-18 rugby union team is the under-18 team of England in the sport of rugby union. History Under-18 became a recognised age-grade in European rugby in 2004. In June 2018, coach John Fletcher and Peter Walton left the backroom staff having joined the U18 set-up since 2008 from Newcastle Falcons.
