Nguyễn Thị Thập
Nguyễn Thị Thập ( Châu Thành, 10 October 1908 – 1996) was a Vietnamese revolutionary and politician. She was a deputy to the National Assembly and President of the Vietnam Women's Union, the oldest (1956–1974). Tiền Giang Province
Tiền Giang was a former province in the Mekong Delta region of southern Vietnam. The province was formed in February 1976, by the merger of Định Tường and Gò Công provinces of former Republic of Vietnam. Tiền Giang has an advantage of being located between two important economic regions – the Southern Key Economic Zone (SKEZ) and the Mekong Delta. The province is a gateway to Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) and other eastern provinces as well as those of the Mekong Delta through its system of road, one expressway, four National Roads ( 1, 30, 50 and 60). The Communist Party of Indochina () was one of three predecessors of the Communist Party of Vietnam, along with the Communist Party of Annam and the Communist League of Indochina. History In March 1929, radical members of the Vietnam Revolutionary Youth League (VARY) including Trần Văn Cung, Nguyễn Đức Cảnh, Trịnh Đình Cửu, Đỗ Ngọc Du, Dương Hạc Đính, Ngô Gia Tự, Kim Tôn formed the first communist cell in French Indochina. This cell claimed its mission to become the core of a future communist party. Trần Văn Cung was voted to be the secretary. Together with Trịnh Đình Cửu and Kim Tôn he was voted to attend the congress of VARY, held in Hong Kong in May 1929. The Côn Đảo ("Côn Island") are an archipelago of Bà Rịa–Vũng Tàu province, in the Southeast region of Vietnam, and also a district () of this province. Gold Star Order (Vietnam)
Gold Star Order () is the highest decoration in Vietnam awards and decorations awarded by the Government of Vietnam for a military or civil "personnel who completed exceptional service or organization established excellent achievement for the revolutionary cause of the Party and Nation." The order was established on June 6, 1947, following the decree No. 58/SL by the Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, its design was modified by the Law of Emulation and Reward promulgated on November 26, 2003.
