Cross Insurance Arena (formerly Cumberland County Civic Center) is a multi-purpose arena located in Portland, Maine. The Ottawa Loggers were a roller hockey team in the Roller Hockey International (RHI) league. They played as the Loggers from 1995 to 1996, until they changed their name to the Ottawa Wheels. The team finished second in the Atlantic Division that season with a 14-9-1 record, which was third in the Eastern Conference.
