Never Again (Kittie EP)
''Never Again'' is the fourth extended play by Canadian heavy metal band Kittie, released exclusively on digital storefronts on February 7, 2006, through Rock Ridge Music. Recorded at Mole Studios in London, Ontario, The EP contains four demos of "Never Again", "This Too Shall Pass", "Breathe", and "Everything That Could Have Been" (iTunes exclusive), which were later re-recorded for Kittie's fourth album ''Funeral For Yesterday'' (2007). The band supported its release with the Never Again Tour across America for two months, which allowed the band to develop their songs before recording them in the summer of 2006. Kittie
Kittie is a Canadian heavy metal music, heavy metal band from London, Ontario. The band was formed in 1996 by guitarist Fallon Bowman and drummer Mercedes Lander, with guitarist and vocalist Morgan Lander and bassist Tanya Candler joining the following year. Morgan and Mercedes have remained the band's sole constant members. Collectively, their material released via independent record labels has sold over two million copies worldwide. Kittie was chosen as the band name because the name "seemed contradictory". After signing to Ng Records, Kittie released their debut album ''Spit (album), Spit'' (1999), which saw a wider release under Artemis Records the following year. Drop Dead, Gorgeous is an American post-hardcore band from Denver, Colorado. It consisted of frontman Danny Stillman (lead vocals), Kyle Browning (lead guitar), Jake Hansen (bass), Dan Gustavson (rhythm guitar), Jonathan Leary (keys/synth/programming) and Danny Cooper (drums, percussion). They released three full-length albums, as well as an EP. Calico System was an American Post-hardcore band from St. Louis, Missouri. The group formed in 1998 and released several albums under the Eulogy Recordings label after successful LP releases and abundant touring. Bloodlined Calligraphy is an American metalcore band. Hailing from Ypsilanti, Michigan, the band started making music in 1996 under the name Friction. In 1999, the band changed its name to Bloodlined Calligraphy and the band's lineup consisted of Matt Carter (drums), Matt Fleming (aka Birdman/Pat - vocals), Ryan Hampton (guitar), Eric Cargile (bass guitar), and Josh Colvin (guitar). The band signed to Selah Records and, in 2002, they released their first full-length album, ''Say Hi to the Bad Guy.'' In 2003, Fleming left the band amicably. The Agony Scene is an American heavy metal band from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Formed in 2000, the group currently consists of lead guitarist Chris Emmons, vocalist and bassist Mike Williams, and rhythm guitarist and bassist Brian Hodges.
