Neteller is an e-money transfer service used to transfer money to and from merchants, such as forex trading firms, social networks firms. Paysafecard (as a brand stylized in lowercase) is a prepaid online payment method based on vouchers with a 16-digit PIN code, independent of bank account, credit card, or other personal information.
