NetChoice is a trade association of online businesses that advocates for free expression and free enterprise on the internet. It currently has six active First Amendment to the United States Constitution, First Amendment lawsuits over state-level internet regulations, including ''NetChoice v. Paxton, Moody v. NetChoice, LLC, Moody v. NetChoice, NetChoice v. Bonta and NetChoice v. Yost.'' They have also challenged multiple Social Media Age Verification Laws In The United States. First Amendment To The United States Constitution
The First Amendment (Amendment I) to the United States Constitution prevents Federal government of the United States, Congress from making laws respecting an Establishment Clause, establishment of religion; prohibiting the Free Exercise Clause, free exercise of religion; or abridging the Freedom of speech in the United States, freedom of speech, the Freedom of the press in the United States, freedom of the press, the freedom of assembly, or the Right to petition in the United States, right to petition the government for redress of grievances.
