Nervous Night
''Nervous Night'' is a 1986 film starring American rock band The Hooters and directed by John Charles Jopson. Background As a follow-up to The Hooters' 1985 Columbia Records debut album '' Nervous Night'', a film of the same title was produced by Bell One Productions. ''Nervous Night'' was shot on 35mm film and intercuts two separate elements: a concert filmed at the Tower Theater outside Philadelphia, and a series of short films, each one starring a different band member. The highly stylized short films were shot on days off while the band toured the Pacific Northwest and includes scenes filmed in San Francisco, Portland, and Seattle. John Charles Jopson (born 1954) is a film director and screenwriter best known for the 2014 feature film ''Terroir'', the jazz film '' One Night with Blue Note'' and his music videos from the 1980s. Biography John Jopson began his film career in automobile racing, first in 1975 as a stringer filming Formula One races for UPITN in London. He then worked as cinematographer on the Italian Formula One movie ''Speed Fever'' (Formula Uno, Febbre della Velocità) in 1978, and in 1984 directed the feature-length film ''Gasoline'' featuring Mario Andretti and Gilles Villeneuve based on scenes filmed in the late 1970s and early 1980s. "All You Zombies" is a song by American rock band the Hooters, written by the band's founding members Eric Bazilian and Rob Hyman. It was first recorded live and released as a single in 1982. It was subsequently included on the band's debut album '' Amore'' (1983) and an extended version of the song was included on their second album ''Nervous Night'' (1985). David Uosikkinen (born February 11, 1956) is an American drummer and Internet content manager, best known for being a member of rock band The Hooters. Early life Born in Cheltenham, Pennsylvania, U.S., Uosikkinen grew up in Levittown, Pennsylvania and at eight years old, took up the trumpet. Eric Michael Bazilian (born July 21, 1953) is an American singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, arranger, and producer. Bazilian is a founding member of the rock band the Hooters. He wrote " One of Us", a song first recorded by Joan Osborne in 1995. John Lilley (born March 3, 1954) is an American guitarist, singing, singer, and songwriter best known for being a member of rock band the Hooters. Early life John Lilley learned to play the guitar at nine years old after he saw the Beatles perform on ''The Ed Sullivan Show'' on February 9, 1964. Rob Hyman
Robert Andrew Hyman (born April 24, 1950) is an American singer, songwriter, keyboard and accordion player, producer, and arranger, best known for being a founding member of the rock band the Hooters. Early life Hyman started taking piano lessons at the age of four and grew up playing in local bands in Meriden, Connecticut, including The Trolls and the Pro-Teens. While attending the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology, Hyman met future bandmate and composing partner Eric Bazilian and producer Rick Chertoff. In the late 1960s, Hyman and Chertoff, along with local singer David Kagan formed a band called Wax, who recorded an album in the early 1970s.
