Neno Ašćerić
Nedeljko "Neno" Ašćerić ( sr-Cyrl, Недељко "Нено" Ашћерић; born August 29, 1965) is a Serbian–Austrian professional basketball coach and former player. He currently serves as a head coach for ALM Évreux of the French Pro B League. Playing career Ašćerić began his career in Yugoslavia, where he worked for several clubs from the second division from 1985–1989. In 1989 he moved to the UKJ SUBA Sankt Pölten of the Austrian Bundesliga. There he spent his most successful time of his playing career. Between 1993 and 1998, he won five National Championship titles and three National Cups. In 1997, he was honored as the Bundesliga Player of the Year. In 1998, Ašćerić moved to PSG Racing in France. In the following years he played and Crvena zvezda of the YUBA League for several French clubs ( Le Mans Sarthe, Hyères-Toulon and JA Vichy). Basketball coaching is the act of directing and strategizing the behavior of a basketball team or individual basketball player. Basketball coaching typically encompasses the improvement of individual and team offensive and defensive skills, as well as overall physical conditioning. The Austria men's national basketball team () represents Austria in international basketball competition. The team is controlled and organised by Basketball Austria. Austria has competed at the EuroBasket six times throughout their history. Their best performance overall came at the 1951 tournament. YUBA League
The YUBA League was the top-tier men's professional basketball league in Serbia and Montenegro (previously FR Yugoslavia). Founded in 1992 and folded in 2006, it was run by the Basketball Federation of Serbia and Montenegro. The name ''YUBA League'' (Yugoslav Basketball Association League) was used in Serbia and Montenegro until 2006. The Austrian Basketball Bundesliga (in German: Österreichische Basketball Bundesliga) was the top men's professional basketball league in Austria.
