Neil Dombrowski
Neil Dombrowski (born March 19, 1984, in West Allis, Wisconsin) is an United States, American soccer player, who last played for the Portland Timbers (2001–10), Portland Timbers of the USL First Division. Youth Dombrowski, one of four brothers who play professional soccer, grew up in Wisconsin, attending Nathan Hale High School (Wisconsin), Nathan Hale High School. In high school, he was three time All Conference and led his team in scoring as a senior. He then attended the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, playing on the men's soccer team from 2002 to 2005. He played a total of 83 games over his four-year career, leading the team in goals and points his senior season. Professional In 2005, Dombrowski spent the collegiate off season with the Chicago Fire Premier of the fourth division Premier Development League. West Allis is a city in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, United States. A suburb of Milwaukee, it is part of the Milwaukee metropolitan area. The population was 60,325 at the 2020 United States census, 2020 census, making it the List of cities in Wisconsin, eleventh-most populous city in Wisconsin. History The name West Allis derives from Edward P. Allis (businessman), Edward P. Allis, whose Edward P. Allis Company was a large Milwaukee-area manufacturing firm in the late 19th century. In 1901, the Allis company became Allis-Chalmers. In 1902, the company built a large new manufacturing plant west of its existing plant. The locale in which the new plant was constructed was at the time called North Greenfield; prior to the 1880s, the area had been called Honey Creek. With the building of the western Allis plant, the area was incorporated as the Village of West Allis, and it became the City of West Allis in 1906.
