Negmatullo Saidovich Kubanov (born 30 September 1963) is a Tajik major general in the Interior Ministry of Tajikistan. He is the commanding officer of the Tajik Internal Troops. Vyborg (; , ; , ; , ) is a town and the administrative center of Vyborgsky District in Leningrad Oblast, Russia. It lies on the Karelian Isthmus near the head of Vyborg Bay, northwest of St. Petersburg, east of the Finnish capital Helsinki, and south of Russia's border with Finland, where the Saimaa Canal enters the Gulf of Finland. 30th Guards Army Corps
The 30th Guards Leningrad Army Corps (Russian: 30 Гвардейского армейского общевойскового Краснознамённого Ленинградского корпуса) was an army corps of the Soviet Ground Forces. As part of the Red Army during the Great Patriotic War it was designated the 30th Guards Rifle Corps. It was formed in April 1943 on the basis of three guards rifle divisions, which had distinguished themselves in battle to break through the siege of Leningrad – the 45th, 63rd and 64th (the last came from the Volkhov Front). ( rus, Старшина, p=stərʂɨˈna, a=Ru-старшина.ogg or ) is a senior military rank or designation in the military forces of some Slavs, Slavic states, and a historical military designation. Depending on a country, it had different meanings. In the 19th century with the expansion of the Imperial Russia into Turkestan and the Central Asia, the word was even used to identify some Turkic leaders as a basic Russian word for aqsaqal (white-beard). In Cossacks, Cossack armies the term initially identified a commissioned officer.
