Ned Romero
Ned Romero (December 4, 1926 – November 4, 2017) was an American actor and opera singer who appeared in television and film. Early childhood and education Romero was born on December 4, 1926, in Franklin, Louisiana, the seat of St. Mary Parish in South Louisiana, the son of Anna and Sidney Romero. His ancestry was Chitimacha Native American, as well as Spanish and French. Romero was a graduate of Louisiana State University, where he earned a master's degree in music. Stage Romero began his career in 1943 as an opera singer, appearing in productions with the San Francisco Opera and in Los Angeles. He also appeared in musicals, such as '' Kiss Me, Kate'', '' Kismet'' and ''Oklahoma!''. On Broadway, he appeared in ''3 for Tonight'' (1954). Franklin is a small city in and the parish seat of St. Mary Parish, Louisiana, United States. The population was 6,229 as of 2024. The city is located on Bayou Teche, southeast of the cities of Lafayette, and New Iberia, , and northwest of Morgan City. Dwayne Bernard Hickman (May 18, 1934 – January 9, 2022) was an American actor and television executive, producer and director, who worked as an executive at CBS and had also briefly recorded as a vocalist. Denise Okuda
Denise Lynn Okuda is a computer, scenic and video supervisor, and a writer known for her work on several ''Star Trek'' film and television productions, as well as other science fiction television. She also co-authored the '' Star Trek Encyclopedia'' and the ''Star Trek Chronology''. In a 2016 interview with ''Geek Speak Magazine'', Okuda explained her connection to ''Star Trek''. Michael Okuda is an American graphic designer best known for his work on ''Star Trek'' including designing futuristic computer user interfaces known as "okudagrams". Early life and education Okuda received a bachelor of art in communications from the University of Hawaiʻi. Career Work in ''Star Trek'' In the mid-1980s, he designed the look of animated computer displays for the USS ''Enterprise''-A bridge in '' Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home''.
