Church Of The Nazarene
The Church of the Nazarene is an evangelical Christian denomination that emerged in North America from the Wesleyan-Holiness movement within Methodism during the late 19th century. The denomination has its headquarters in Lenexa, Kansas. and its members are commonly referred to as Nazarenes. It is the largest denomination in the world aligned with the Wesleyan-Holiness movement, with just under 3 million members worldwide. The Church of the Nazarene was a member denomination of the World Methodist Council until 2025. The denomination differentiates itself by placing particular emphasis on the process of sanctification as a part of the Holiness movement.
