Nayeem Hasan
Mohammad Nayeem Hasan (Bengali language, Bengali: মোহাম্মদ নাঈম হাসান; born 12 February 2000) is a Bangladeshi cricketer. He made his first-class cricket, first-class debut for Chittagong Division cricket team, Chittagong Division in the 2016–17 National Cricket League on 10 October 2015 and Test cricket, Test match debut for the Bangladesh national cricket team, Bangladesh in November 2018 where he got five wickets in the first innings, becoming the youngest bowler to take a five-wicket haul on debut in Tests, at the age of 17 years and 356 days. Domestic career Nayeem made his Twenty20 debut for Chittagong Vikings on 29 November 2017 in the 2017–18 Bangladesh Premier League, BPL 5. 2018–19 National Cricket League
The 2018–19 National Cricket League was the twentieth edition of the National Cricket League (NCL), a first-class cricket competition that was held in Bangladesh. The tournament started on 1 October 2018, with eight teams placed into two tiers. Khulna Division were the defending champions. The opening round of matches saw a total of thirteen centuries made by twelve different batsman, the first time this had happened at the start of a cricket tournament in Bangladesh. Round four of the tournament produced the two narrowest victories in the history of the NCL, with Sylhet Division winning their match against Dhaka Metropolis by three runs, and Rangpur Division beating Barisal Division by five runs. The 2018 Asia Cup (also known as Unimoni Asia Cup for sponsorship reasons) was a One-Day International (ODI) cricket tournament that was held in the United Arab Emirates in September 2018. It was the 14th edition of the Asia Cup and the third time the tournament was played in the United Arab Emirates, after the 1984 and 1995 tournaments. The 2018 ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup was an international limited-overs cricket tournament held in New Zealand from 13 January till 3 February 2018. Sylhet Strikers () is a professional cricket franchise based in Sylhet, Bangladesh, competing in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL). The team made its debut in the inaugural 2012 Bangladesh Premier League.
