Nawab Singh Nagar
Nawab Singh Nagar is an Indian politician. A member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Nagar is a former Minister in the Government of Uttar Pradesh and served twice as Member of the Legislative Assembly for Dadri, Uttar Pradesh Assembly constituency, Dadri between 1996 and 2007. He is currently the chairperson of the Lal Bahadur Shastri Sugarcane Development Board and also the Vice-President of Uttar Pradesh BJP. Career Nawab Singh Nagar joined RSS while at college. He left RSS for the Bharatiya Janata Party when the BJP was formed in the mid-1980s. He contested his first assembly election for the constituency of Dadri in 1993 under the BJP banner but lost to Sameer Bhati. He won his first election in 1996 defeating Sameer Bhati in the same constituency. In 2002, he was elected again. 2015 Dadri Lynching
The 2015 Dadri lynching refers to case of lynching in which a mob of villagers attacked the home of 52 year-old Mohammed Akhlaq, killing him, for suspicion of slaughtering a cow. The attack took place at night, on 28 September 2015 in Bisahda village, near Dadri in Uttar Pradesh, India. The mob consisting of local villagers, attacked Akhlaq's house with sticks, bricks and knives, saying that they suspected of him stealing and slaughtering a cow calf. Mohammad Akhlaq Saifi (Ikhlaq according to some sources) died in the attack, and his son, 22-year-old Danish, was seriously injured. The chief instrument through which judicial activism has flourished in India is public interest litigation (PIL) or social action litigation (SAL). It refers to litigation undertaken to secure public interest and demonstrates the availability of justice to socially-disadvantaged parties and was introduced by Justice P. N. The Delhi–Noida Direct Flyway or DND Flyway is India's first 8-lane wide, long access-controlled expressway in Delhi NCR. It connects Maharani Bagh and Nizamuddin on the western side to Noida (Sector-15A) and Mayur Vihar on the eastern side of the Yamuna river.
