The Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Cricket Stadium, also known as the Nava Raipur International Cricket Stadium, is a 65,000-seater venue in the city of Naya Raipur, Nava Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. It is the List of stadiums in India, third largest cricket stadium in India and the List of cricket grounds by capacity, fourth largest cricket stadium in the world with a capacity of 65,000. It became the country's List of international cricket grounds in India, 50th international cricket venue in 2023. It is one of the largest cricket stadiums in India in terms of boundary dimensions. Inaugurated in 2008, this ground hosted its first ever match in 2010, when the Canada national cricket team arrived in India and played a practice match against the Chhattisgarh state team. Nava Raipur, officially known as Atal Nagar-Nava Raipur, is a planned city and fully Greenfield city in Indian state of Chhattisgarh. It is planned to replace Raipur as the capital city of Chhattisgarh. The Government of Chhattisgarh, the state's administrative body is situated here. The city is located between National Highway 53 and National Highway 30, about 17 km south-east of the capital city Raipur. Swami Vivekananda Airport separates Raipur and Nava Raipur. Irfan Pathan (; born 27 October 1984) is an Indian cricket commentator, analyst and former player.
