Naunihal is a 1967 Indian Hindi-language drama film directed by Raj Marbros starring Sanjeev Kumar, Balraj Sahni and Indrani Mukherjee in lead roles. The film's music was composed by Madan Mohan, with lyrics by Kaifi Azmi, including the song "Meri Aawaz Suno Pyar ka Raaz Suno" (Hear my voice, hear the secret of love) sung by Mohammad Rafi. According to film and music expert Rajesh Subramanian singer Mohammed Rafi charged a token rupees three hundred for the song Meri awaaz suno. song is picturized over the funeral procession of Prime Minister of India, Jawahar Lal Nehru. Plot The film is about orphan, Raju, who is adopted by the Principal of New Era High School in Panchgani. Later, when the growing child discovers he has no relatives, he is consoled by saying, he has a relative in Chacha Nehru, that is Jawaharlal Nehru, the Prime Minister of India, thus begins his relationship with Nehru. Indrani Mukherjee is an Indian actress who worked in Hindi films during the 1960s and 1970s and starred in over 70 films. After playing the heroine in some films, notably ''Usne Kaha Tha'' (1960) and ''Aakhri Khat'' (1966), she moved to playing character roles which were central to the film and made this her forte. Asit Sen (13 May 1917 – 18 September 1993) was an Indian film director turned famous comedian in the Hindi film industry. He directed 2 films and starred in over 200 films between 1953 and 1993 until his death. Laxmi Chhaya (7 January 1948 – 9 May 2004) was an Indian actress, dancer and teacher, who was known for her distinctive character roles and appearances in Hindi films.
