Mariano Laurenti (15 April 1929 – 6 January 2022) was an Italian film director and actor. Career He started as a script supervisor and later became an assistant director for, among others, Mauro Bolognini and Stefano Vanzina. He directed 50 films between 1966 and 1999, being mainly active in the "commedia sexy all'italiana" genre. Elio Crovetto (6 December 1926 – 8 November 2000) was an Italian actor, comedian and television personality. Life and career Born in Milan, Crovetto graduated at the istituto tecnico in Genoa, then he started an intense acting career on stage, in avanspettacolo and revues. He worked in the stage companies of Josephine Baker (in 1957) and Giorgio Strehler (for ''Baruffe Chiozzotte'', 1970). History Prehistory The oldest evidence of human habitation in the Gubbio valley dates back to the Middle Palaeolithic, but only during the Neolithic period (6000-3000 BCE) does the earliest evidence of relatively permanent settlements emerge.
