Brett Robinson (runner)
Brett Robinson (born 8 May 1991 in Canberra) is an Australian track and field athlete specializing in the 5000 metres who has competed in the World Championships. Robinson qualified for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. He came 66th in the Men's marathon with a time of 2:24.04. Robinson trains with 2020 Tokyo Olympic runner, Stewart McSweyn. Early years Robinson grew up in Canberra and played soccer until he was 10 years old. In Year 6 at school his PE teacher who was a runner himself noticed that Robinson was pretty good at cross country and started taking him to races. Tokyo Marathon
The is an annual marathon sporting event in Tokyo, Japan. It is a World Athletics Platinum Label marathon and one of the seven World Marathon Majors. The latest edition of the race took place on . It is sponsored by Tokyo Metro. History The first Tokyo Marathon was held on 18 February 2007. However, years prior to 2007, Tokyo Marathon consisted of two marathons: the Tokyo International Marathon which took place on even years, and Tokyo-New York Friendship International Marathon which took place on odd years. Cam Levins
Cameron Levins (born March 28, 1989) is a Canadian long-distance runner. He won the bronze medal in the 10,000 metres at the 2014 Commonwealth Games. Levins had the best-Canadian finish ever of fourth in the marathon at the 2022 World Championships, setting a new Canadian record. He is the North American record holder for the marathon and the Canadian record holder for the half marathon. Levins represented Canada at the 2012 London and 2020 Tokyo Olympics and 2024 Paris Olympics. Career Cam Levins comes from Black Creek and Courtenay, British Columbia. Bashir Abdi (born 10 February 1989) is a Belgian Long-distance running, long-distance runner. He won bronze medals in the marathon at the Athletics at the 2020 Summer Olympics, 2020 Tokyo Olympics and 2022 World Athletics Championships, 2022 World Championships and silver at the 2024 Summer Olympics. The 2023 Chicago Marathon was the 45th edition of the annual marathon race in Chicago, held on Sunday, . A Platinum Label marathon, it was the fifth of six World Marathon Majors events that were held in 2023. The race also hosted the age group world championships for the year.
