National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU) is a National university, national comprehensive university in Taipei and New Taipei City, Taiwan. The university enrolls approximately 17,000 students each year. Approximately 1,600 students are International student, international and 1,000 students are overseas Chinese in preparatory programs. NTNU is affiliated with National Taiwan University and National Taiwan University of Science and Technology as part of the National Taiwan University System. Comprehensive Assessment Program For Junior High School Students
The Comprehensive Assessment Program for Junior High School Students or CAP () is an exam for junior high school students in the Republic of China (Taiwan). The CAP is usually held in the weekend of mid-May by the Ministry of Education Republic of China, creating a standardized test for 9th graders. The Research Center for Psychological and Educational Testing (RCPET) at National Taiwan Normal University is the specific responsible unit. The CAP is an exam for Taiwanese students before going to high school or vocational school, for students, teachers, schools, and parents get to know the students' learning quality. Gothic Revival (also referred to as Victorian Gothic or neo-Gothic) is an Architectural style, architectural movement that after a gradual build-up beginning in the second half of the 17th century became a widespread movement in the first half of the 19th century, mostly in England. Gothic architecture is an architectural style that was prevalent in Europe from the late 12th to the 16th century, during the High Middle Ages, High and Late Middle Ages, surviving into the 17th and 18th centuries in some areas. Neoclassical architecture, sometimes referred to as Classical Revival architecture, is an architectural style produced by the Neoclassicism, Neoclassical movement that began in the mid-18th century in Italy, France and Germany. Mandarin Training Center (MTC; ) was established in 1956. This center is a Chinese as a second language institution run by National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU) in Taipei, Taiwan and located at NTNU Daan Campus. MTC is the oldest and largest facility of its kind in terms of courses offered and students enrolled per year. History MTC was founded in 1956. It was briefly known as the Center for Chinese Language and Culture Studies from 2002 to 2004. There are courses in Chinese calligraphy, Chinese martial arts, and traditional music and theater. Courses are offered in three-month quarterly terms throughout the year.
