The National Park Service (NPS; zh, t= 內政部國家公園署, s= 内政部国家公园署, first=t, p=Nèizhèng Bù Guójiā Gōngyuán Shǔ) is the government agency of the Ministry of the Interior (Taiwan), Ministry of the Interior of Taiwan responsible for the management of national parks, national nature parks, wetlands, and coastal areas. Shei-Pa National Park () is a national park located in the central part of Taiwan around the peaks of Hsueh/Sekuwan and Dabajian/Papak Waqa, with an area of , covering the area of Hsinchu County, Miaoli County and Taichung City. High mountain ecology, geology, topography, rivers, creek valleys, rare animals and plants, and plentiful variety of forest types are some important resources for conservation. Kaohsiung Metropolitan Park
The Kaohsiung Metropolitan Park () is a park in Nanzih District and Ciaotou District of Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The park is under the management of Construction and Planning Agency of the Ministry of the Interior. History The park used to be a landfill. The Taichung Metropolitan Park () is an urban park in Xitun District, Taichung, Taiwan. Geography The park has an area of 88 hectares and located at the top of Dadu Plateau with an altitude of 310 meters. Shoushan (Kaohsiung)
Shoushan (, also commonly known in English as Monkey Mountain or Apes' Hill, in Japanese as Kotobuki-yama) is a mountain in Gushan District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan, north of the main entrance to Kaohsiung Harbor. It was named Ape Hill by the Dutch in the 17th century to describe many Formosan rock macaques on this mountain. South Penghu Marine National Park
South Penghu Marine National Park () is a national park of Taiwan in the south of Penghu Islands. The marine park includes the islands of Dongjiyu, Xijiyu, Dongyupingyu, Xiyupingyu, other smaller islets and surrounding waters. It is managed by the Marine National Park Headquarters. Taroko National Park () is one of the nine wonders in Taiwan and was named after the Taroko Gorge, the landmark gorge of the park carved by the Liwu River.
