Natig Rasulzadeh
Natig Rasulzadeh (also spelled Natik via Russian; ) is a contemporary Azerbaijani people, Azerbaijani writer. He was born in Baku on June 5, 1949. At age 17, he was already publishing in “Youth of Azerbaijan” newspaper. After finishing high school, Rasulzadeh entered the Baku ''Polytechnic Institute'' (now Azerbaijan Technical University). However, four years later, he quit his studies and transferred to the Maxim Gorky Literature Institute in Moscow, Russia. The Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) is a regional intergovernmental organization in Eurasia. It was formed following the dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1991. Vagif Mustafayev
Vagif Mustafayev (born August 28, 1953) is an Azerbaijani film director, producer and screenwriter. Since 2006 he has been the president of the Space TV and Radio Company. Biography In 1982, he was accepted on two-year higher courses for script-writers and directors at the USSR State Cinema in Moscow (Eldar Ryazanov's creative workshop). Having completed the higher courses for script-writers and directors, he worked at the Azerbaijanfilm studio as a director and producer of feature films from 1985. Between 2001 and 2006 he was deputy minister of culture of the Azerbaijan Republic. Russia's National Academy of the Cinematic Arts and Sciences awarded Vagif Mustafayev a Gold Medal for his contribution to film-making. Eldar Guliyev
Eldar Allahyar oghlu Guliyev (; born July 26, 1951) is an Azerbaijan, Azerbaijani politician. He became a Member of the Parliament of Azerbaijan in 2000. Early life and career He was born in Baku. In 1968, he finished school at No. 187 in Baku, and in 1969, entered the Azerbaijan Institute of the National Economy (now the Azerbaijan State University of Economics). He became an economist after graduation in 1973. He served in the Soviet Army from 1974-1975. From 1975-1987, he worked in the Ministry of Trade (Soviet Union), Trade Ministry. Azerbaijan, officially the Republic of Azerbaijan, is a transcontinental and landlocked country at the boundary of West Asia and Eastern Europe.
