Nathan Barnwell
Nathan André Barnwell (born 3 February 2003) is an English cricketer who plays for Surrey County Cricket Club. He is a right-handed batsman and right arm medium bowler. Personal life He had begun playing backyard cricket with his father and siblings. He is a fan of Crystal Palace. Barnwell attended Caterham School and played cricket as part of the Surrey pathway since under-9 level. Career Barnwell was given a rookie contract with Surrey in October 2021. He made List A debut on 10 August 2022 in the Royal London One-Day Cup against Middlesex at Radlett. International career Barnwell made his debut for England U19s in September 2021 against the West Indies U19s. Ashford, Kent
Ashford is a town in the county of Kent, England. It lies on the River Great Stour at the southern or scarp edge of the North Downs, about southeast of central London and northwest of Folkestone by road. Brunton Memorial Ground
Brunton Memorial Ground is a cricket ground at Radlett in Hertfordshire. The ground is the home of Radlett Cricket Club and, since 2013, has been used as an outground by Middlesex County Cricket Club. It was used occasionally by Hertfordshire County Cricket Club between 1975 and 2008 for Minor Counties Championship matches. The ground is located south of Radlett to the east of the A5183 road, Watling Street. The 2022 ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup was an international limited-overs cricket tournament that was held in the West Indies in January and February 2022 with sixteen teams taking part. It was the fourteenth edition of the Under-19 Cricket World Cup, and the first that was held in the West Indies. Bangladesh were the defending champions. Royal London One-Day Cup
The Royal London One-Day Cup is a fifty-over limited overs cricket competition for the England and Wales first-class counties. It began in 2014 as a replacement for the ECB 40 tournament, which ran from 2010 to 2013. In contrast to its 40-over predecessor, the number of overs per innings was set at 50 to bring the competition in line with One-Day Internationals. The 2020 tournament was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Participating teams and format The competition begins with a round-robin tournament featuring two groups of nine. The groups were organised geographically with a North group and a South group until 2021, when the groups were decided by a draw.
