Taslima Nasrin
Taslima Nasrin (born 25 August 1962) is a Bangladeshi-Swedish writer, physician, feminist, secular humanist, and activist. She is known for her writing on women's oppression and criticism of religion. Some of her books are banned in Bangladesh. She has also been blacklisted and banished from the Bengal region (both from Bangladesh and West Bengal state of India). She gained global attention by the beginning of 1990s owing to her essays and novels with feminist views and criticism of what she characterizes as all "misogynistic" religions. Nasreen Pervin Huq
Nasreen Pervin Huq (born Bangladesh, 18 November 1958, died Bangladesh, 24 April 2006) was a prominent women's activist and campaigner for women's rights and social justice. She died in an accident at her home in Dhaka, when she was crushed by a vehicle. The vehicle was driven by her chauffeur, who was picking her up to go to work as Director of the UK non-governmental organisation Action Aid. Nasreen Jalil ( ur, ) (born: 22 February 1944, Lahore) is a Pakistani politician and a senior leader of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement. She served as a member of the Senate of Pakistan from Sindh from 2012 to 2018. Previously, she served as the Deputy Mayor of Karachi. Nasreen Qadri ( ar, نسرين قادري, he, נסרין קדרי; born September 2, 1986) better known as Nasrin Kadri is an Arab-Israeli singer of traditional and pop Middle Eastern and Mizrahi music. Qadri, a Muslim convert to Judaism, mostly sings in Hebrew, but also performs Arabic songs, among them the songs of Umm Kulthum.
