''Nammal Thammil'' is a 2009 Malayalam film directed by Viji Thampi, starring Prithviraj, Indrajith and Geetu Mohandas. the film was completed on 16 January 2004, but got released on 27 March 2009. Plot The story starts in an Engineering College where Vigneshwar alias Vicky wins an election and becomes the Union Chairman of the college. Vicky's love is Anu who too loves and believes him a lot more than anyone else. After the celebrations of winning the election, Vicky and team set for a fight against police battalion but is stopped by College Principal Adiyodi Meppadu. Everyone likes Vicky and is impressive of him at every angles. One day Vicky makes a bet with Meera, a fellow student that if their team wins a basketball match they will cut off Meera's hair. Viji Thampi
Viji Thampi is an Indian film director, actor and social activist who works in Malayalam films. Thampi is a member of Thiruvananthapuram regional board of the Central Board of Film Certification and the State Advisor of Kerala Kshetra Samrakshana Samithi. In 2021, Thampi was appointed as the Kerala state president of Vishva Hindu Parishad. Vidhu Prathap (born 1 September 1980) is an Indian playback singer. He has sung many songs in over 600 films in Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada and Telugu languages. Girish Puthenchery (1961–2010) was a noted Malayalam Lyricist, Poet, Scriptwriter and Screenwriter. He was always referred to as the aristocratic lyricist of Malayalam who had a distinctive writing style of his own. He also served as the director of Indian Performance Rights Society Malayalam division (I.P.R.S) and governing council member of the Kerala Kalamandalam and Kerala Lalithakala Academy.
