Nalanda International Cricket Stadium
Rajgir International stadium is an under construction cricket stadium and sports complex in Rajgir, Bihar. After completion of construction, this stadium will be the home of Bihar cricket team. The total capacity of the stadium will be 45,000 seats. Once the stadium is built, it will be the largest stadium in Bihar and the most modern as well. Apart from being used for cricket, the sports complex is also being developed in a way so it can also be used for other sports as well like football. History In 2018, it was announced by the Chief Minister of Bihar Nitish Kumar that an international cricket stadium will be constructed at Rajgir in Bihar's Nalanda district. Moin-ul-Haq Stadium previously known as Dr. Rajendra Prasad stadium is located in Rajendra Nagar, Patna, Bihar, India. The multi-purpose stadium has hosted three One Day International (ODI) matches including one from the 1996 Cricket World Cup. The stadium has a capacity of 25,000 people. Cricket is a bat-and-ball game played between two teams of eleven players on a field, at the centre of which is a pitch with a wicket at each end, each comprising two bails (small sticks) balanced on three stumps. Saifai International Cricket Stadium is a cricket stadium of International Standard in Saifai (Etawah district), Uttar Pradesh, India. It is situated inside the Major Dhyanchand Sports College's campus. It has a seating capacity of 43,000 people and has one of the largest scoreboard displays for a cricket stadium in India. The Patliputra Stadium at the Patliputra Sports Complex is a multi-purpose stadium in Kankarbagh, Patna, Bihar. The first Women World Cup Kabaddi Championship was held here in its inaugural year, in which 16 countries had participated. It also hosted seven league matches of new Pro Kabaddi League with its home team Patna Pirates from 7 to 10 August in 2014.
