Andriy Kobolyev
Andríy Kóbolyev (; born August 16, 1978) is a Ukrainian politician and businessman, and the former chief executive officer of Ukrainian largest company, the state-owned oil and gas company Naftogaz. Oleksiy Chernyshov (; born 4 September 1977) is a Ukrainian statesman and politician, serving as Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine — Minister for National Unity of Ukraine since December 3, 2024. Chernyshov was CEO of the Naftogaz Group in 2022–2024, Minister for Communities and Territories Development in 2020–2022, and Kyiv Region Governor in 2019–2020. Chornomornaftogaz
Chornomornaftogaz (, lit. "Black Sea oil and gas") is a Ukrainian oil and gas company with natural gas fields in the Black Sea. The company was established in Ukrainian Simferopol, Crimea with the order of the Ministry of Gas Industry of the USSR on 20 October 1978 №209-org to develop oil and gas resources in the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov. It is legally a subsidiary of Ukraine's state-owned oil and gas company Naftogaz. Joint-stock company Ukrtransgas () is an independent Storage System Operator of Ukraine that stores gas in Ukraine underground, and carries out retrofit and construction of main gas pipelines and facilities on them. Ukrnafta
Public JSC Ukrnafta () is a Ukrainian oil and natural gas extracting company, the largest producer of oil and gas in the country. Ukrnafta is also an operator of a gas filling station network in Ukraine nationwide. In 2006, the company conducted some 91% of oil, 27% of natural-gas condensate and 17% of gas extraction in the country. As of 2020, the company produced around 1.5 million tonnes of oil, 1.13 billion m3 of natural gas and 117 thousands tonnes of LPG. The company exists to manage oil transportation operations through the Ukrainian pipeline network.
