Nadi Vahate
''Nadi Vahate'' (English: ''River Flows'') or ''Nadi Vaahate'' is a 2017 Indian Marathi-language feature film written and directed by Sandeep Sawant. It was scheduled to be theatrically released on 22 September 2017. Plot Should I save my river and how? These are the questions that drive this entire film. It focuses on the relationship between a river and people along its banks with respect to their life, needs, desires and greed. Saving small rivers flowing through different villages is the need of the hour. It is the only way to sustainable development. Smaller, indigenous businesses and efforts along the river banks are very important. These efforts will lead villages to become self dependent and also balance of development will be achieved. Sandeep Sawant
Sandeep Sawant is an Indian theatre, film and television personality. He is the director and script writer of the national award winning Marathi movie Shwaas. Sawant was one of the producers of Shwaas, his debut film. Author Sandeep Unnithan credits him to have ''resurrected'' Marathi cinema. Sawant has made documentaries for television, some of which have been related to children. ''Times of India'' reporter Mukta Rajadhyaksha comments that he has a flair for working with children that was manifest in his handling of Ashwin Chitle the boy who won the national award for best child artist for his portrayal of Parshya in Shwaas. Sawant resides in Vile Parle, Mumbai. He is a psychology graduate and is married to Neeraja Patwardhan, who has designed costumes for ''Shwaas''. Shiv Kumar Subramaniam (23 December 1959 – 10 April 2022) was an Indian actor and screenwriter who is known for his role as the leading industrial tycoon I. M. Virani in the Indian television serial '' Mukti Bandhan'' on Colors channel. He is credited with writing the screenplay for the 1989 film '' Parinda'', directed by Vidhu Vinod Chopra and for the 2005 film '' Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi'', directed by Sudhir Mishra. It was India's official entry to the 2004 Oscars and was ranked 6th in the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film category. Its storyline is based on a real-life incident in Pune. Kudal
Kudal is a census town in Sindhudurg district, Maharashtra, India. It is situated on River Karli in southwest Maharashtara. Kudal is the fourth largest town in Sindhudurg after Sawantwadi, Malvan and Kankavli. As of 2011, the population is 16,015. Kudal supports one MIDC area in the Konkan division. The Kudal railway station is located on the Konkan Railway route and connects the town with Mumbai (Bombay) metro situated in the Bombay, Baroda and Central India Railway of the north, and Mangalore on the south. Dodamarg taluka is a taluka in Sindhudurg district in the Indian States and territories of India, state of Maharashtra. Dodamarg Taluka is situated between latitudes 15° 37' N and 15° 60' north and longitudes 73° 19' E and 73° 40' east.
