Nabil Neghiz
Nabil Neghiz (; born 25 September 1967) is an Algerian football manager and the current head coach of Olympique Béja. Career Neghiz first managed Mouloudia de Kaous, where he promoted them to the Inter-regions in 2006–2007. Neghiz then managed l'Entente de Collo in 2008–2009, promoting them to the 3rd division. He subsequently became assistant manager along with the Brazilian Joao Alves at CS Constantine before returning to CRB Ain Fakroun. Under his management, the club gets promoted twice to obtain a place in the 3rd division. Neghiz chose not to manage the team the next season. He began his season in 2013–2014 with WA Tlemcen in Algerian Ligue Professionnelle 2, Ligue 2. He reached an agreement to leave the club before rejoining l'Olympique de Médéa to finish the season. Jijel
Jijel (), the classical Igilgili, is the capital of Jijel Province in north-eastern Algeria. It is flanked by the Mediterranean Sea in the region of Corniche Jijelienne and had a population of 131,513 in 2008. Jijel is the administrative and trade center for a region specialising in cork processing, leather tanning and steelmaking. Local crops include citrus and grain. Fishing is also of great importance. The Algerian Ligue 2, also called Ligue 2, formerly known as Ligue Professionnelle 2 and Championnat National 2, is the second highest division overall in the Algerian football league system.
