The NW 39th Street Enclave, also known as "The Strip," "The Gayborhood," "May-Penn," "39th & Penn" or simply "39th Street" is a prominent lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) district in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
