NWA Samhain was a professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA). It was held on October 28, 2023, at Cleveland Masonic Temple in Cleveland, Ohio. The National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) is an American professional wrestling promotion and former professional wrestling governing body operated by its parent company Lightning One, Inc. Founded in 1948, the NWA began as a governing body for a group of regional professional wrestling promotions, the heads of which made up the Board of Directors. In professional wrestling, a heel (also known as a ''rudo'' in ''lucha libre'') is a wrestler who portrays a villain, "bad guy", or "rulebreaker", and acts as an antagonist to the faces, who are the heroic protagonist or "good guy" characters. Not everything a heel wrestler does must be villainous: heels need only to be booed or jeered by the audience to be effective characters, although most truly successful heels embrace other aspects of their devious personalities, such as cheating to win or using foreign objects. Pretty Empowered is a professional wrestling stable currently signed to the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) consisting of Ella Envy, Kenzie Paige, Kylie Paige, and Roxy, where Paige is the current and inaugural NWA World Women's Television Champion. They are former two-time NWA World Women's Tag Team Champions. NWA World Women's Tag Team Championship
The NWA World Women's Tag Team Championship is a women's professional wrestling tag team championship defended in member promotions of the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA). History From the early 1950s through 1983, it was the first women's world tag team championship in professional wrestling and was initially referred to simply as the Women's World Tag Team Championship, before briefly adopting the NWA prefix. Natalia Markova (russian: Наталья Маркова; born 11 January 1989) is a Russian professional wrestler. She is currently signed to the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) and also wrestles on the independent circuit.
