National Bank of Pakistan Football Club, commonly known as National Bank or NBP FC, served as the football section of National Bank of Pakistan until its dissolution in 2021. Based in Karachi, Sindh, the club used to compete in the top-tier Pakistan Premier League. History The club has won Football Federation League twice, first in 1993 and again in 2004–05. They have also won National Football Challenge Cup twice, in 1993 and 2013. The club was dissolved after the shutdown of departmental sports in Pakistan in September 2021. KMC Football Stadium
The KMC Football Stadium, also known as the CDGK Stadium, is an association football stadium in Karachi, Pakistan, with a capacity of around 15,000. The stadium is owned by the Karachi Municipal Corporation. It is one of the oldest stadiums in the country, and has hosted over 100 international football matches. Pakistan Premier League
The Pakistan Premier League (PPL; ) is a Pakistani semi-professional league for men's football clubs. The top tier of the Pakistan football league system, the PPL operates on a system of promotion and relegation with the PFFL B Division. The league has remained inactive since the end of the 2014–15 season. The 2018–19 season was held in between after three years of inactivity, however it was reportedly not recognised by FIFA and AFC, as it was completed under a non-FIFA recognised body a month before the termination of the event. The Pakistan Football Federation League B Division (; abbreviated: PFFL) is a Pakistani professional league for men's football departments and clubs which are in the Pakistan football league system, and is the country's second-tier competition. Contested by 18 departments and clubs, it operates on a system of promotion and relegation with the top-tier Pakistan Premier League. 2013 National Football Challenge Cup
The 2013 National Football Challenge Cup was the 23rd season of National Challenge Cup, the main cup competition in Pakistani football. A total of 16 clubs entered the competition that was held from 15 to 26 May 2018. Bahawalpur were the hosts for the tournament, thus earning DFA Bahawalpur a spot in the tournament, courtesy of being the hosts. Khan Research Laboratories, the defending champions, were knocked out in quarter finals, losing 5–4 on penalties to the eventual winners National Bank. National Bank defeated Karachi Electric Supply Corporation 1–0 in the finals. This was the first major trophy for National Bank since 1993, when they had won the National Challenge Cup.
