N. Kumarayya
Justice N. Kumarayya (15 June 1909 – 9 January 2005) served as the Chief Justice of the Andhra Pradesh High Court, India. Kumarayya was educated at Middle School, Karimnagar, High School, Warangal and Osmania University, Hyderabad. He joined the Hyderabad Civil Service The Hyderabad Civil Service (HCS), was a modern civil service system in the State of Hyderabad. Andhra Pradesh High Court
The High Court of Andhra Pradesh is the High Court of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. The seat of the High Court is currently located at Nelapadu. History The High Court of Andhra Pradesh was established in the year 1954 when the state was formed from the earlier Madras Presidency. After the merger of the Hyderabad State with Andhra State to form the State of Andhra Pradesh, the Court initially continued at Guntur till 1956. Thereafter the High Court started functioning from the then capital city of state, Hyderabad. The Hyderabad Civil Service (HCS), was a modern civil service system in the State of Hyderabad. In 1882 Sir Salar Jung I dismantled the old Mughal administration practices and traditions and created the Hyderabad Civil Services. The establishment of Zilabandi system, the creation of Subedari and Taluqdari system, Revenue, Police and Judicial reforms by Salar Jung facilitated the formation of Hyderabad Civil Service. The new system was based on British administration practices. The legal framework of the Hyderabad State Services was laid by the Rules and regulations codified in 1919. The Hyderabad Civil Service, was a coveted service in the State of Hyderabad and was considered to be an elite service, and the best of the government officers were inducted into it through a competitive examination. Telugu People
Telugu people ( te, తెలుగువారు, Teluguvāru), or Telugus, or Telugu vaaru, are the largest of the four major Dravidian ethnolinguistic groups in terms of population. Telugus are native to the Indian states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and the Yanam district of Puducherry.
