Mňága a Žďorp is a Czech rock band from Valašské Meziříčí. A precursor of the group was formed in 1983 under the name Slepé střevo. The band's lineup has changed frequently over the years and currently consists of Petr Fiala on guitar, Martin Knor on second guitar, Petr Nekuža on bass, Jaromír Mikel on third guitar, Jiří Tibitanzl on saxophone, keyboards, and percussion, and Marcel Gabriel on drums. They became known for their 1991 hit "Hodinový hotel", from their debut album, ''Made in Valmez''. Their latest record, released in 2019, is titled ''Třecí plochy''. Valašské Meziříčí (; german: Wallachisch Meseritsch) is a town in Vsetín District in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 22,000 inhabitants. The historic town centre is well preserved and is protected by law as an urban monument zone. Lucerna Music Bar is a concert club in Prague, Czech Republic. It is housed within Lucerna Palace. Lucerna Music Bar is one of the stages used in the Prague International Jazz Festival and the AghaRTA Prague Jazz Festival. It was used for the Václav Havel Tribute Concert. Dunaj are a Czech alternative/art rock band from Brno active initially between 1986 and 1998 and reformed in 2018. Buty is a Czech music group originally from Ostrava, formed in 1986 by Richard Kroczek and Radek Pastrňák from the bands U238 and B komplex. The founding members were joined by Vít Kučaj, Ivan Myslikovjan, and Luděk Piásečný. The name of the group means "shoes" in the local dialect. Background and history The group's musical style is eclectic, mixing rock and folk with other styles, including world music, country, jazz, reggae, and others. The group became popular in Czechoslovakia at the beginning of the 1990s, and their popularity peaked at the end of that decade, when their concerts attracted audiences of thousands and they were among the most popular bands in the country. Finále Plzeň is a film festival based in the Czech Republic. It focuses on Czech feature and documentary films. The best film is awarded the Golden Kingfisher by a jury. It was founded in 1967 and the first year was held in 1968. The festival was held in 1970 but the Golden Kingfisher wasn't awarded. International Film Festival Rotterdam
The International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR) is an annual film festival held at the end of January in various locations in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
