Myrkur Albums
Myrkur is a solo black metal project by Danish singer Amalie Bruun. Initially, the real-life identity of the person behind the project was kept unknown. Her identity has since been made public. Myrkur has released four full-length studio albums to significant critical acclaim, as well as a live album and two EP. Her most recent album,'' Spine'', was released on 20 October 2023 through Relapse Records. The name of the project comes from an Icelandic (and Faroese) word meaning "darkness." The musical influences of Myrkur range from traditional Scandinavian folk to the black metal genre. New releases from Myrkur have tended towards embracing folk music traditions, with Bruun's 2020 album ''Folkesange'' being overwhelming folk-inspired and lacking the black metal sound that characterized the artist's earlier releases. Ulver
Ulver (Norwegian for "wolves") is a Norwegian Experimental electronic music, experimental electronica band founded in 1993, by vocalist Kristoffer Rygg. ''Mareridt'' (Danish for "Nightmare") is the second studio album by Myrkur, the black metal project of Danish musician and singer-songwriter Amalie Bruun. The album was released on 15 September 2017 through Relapse Records. Mareridt was recorded between Seattle, United States and Copenhagen, Denmark, and was produced by Randall Dunn. The album's title is Danish for 'nightmare', in reference to the frequent occurrences of sleep paralysis and nightmares which provided the inspiration for much of the album. The album's release was promoted with the release of three singles: "Måneblôt", "Ulvinde", and "De tre piker". The album received widespread acclaim from music critics upon its release. Håvard Jørgensen
Håvard Jørgensen (born 26 September 1975), also known as Haavard, Lemarchand, is a songwriter, guitarist and vocalist. He was the original guitarist of the Norwegian black metal bands Satyricon and Ulver. Career Satyricon One of the initiators of the band Eczema (which later on became Satyricon) which started up in 1991. Eczema won (as the first death metal-act) the Oslo Championship of Rock in 1992 – and changed thereafter the name to Satyricon. Jørgensen participated on the first demo '' The Forest Is My Throne'', but quit the band to join the newly founded Ulver in 1993. Oslo

Emanuel Vigeland (2 December 1875 – 22 December 1948) was a multitalented Norway, Norwegian artist. He is known for a variety of decorations of Scandinavian churches and for ''Tomba Emmanuelle'', his mausoleum at Slemdal in Oslo. His elder brother was sculptor, Gustav Vigeland. Background August Emanuel Vigeland was born in Halse og Harkmark in Mandal, Norway, Mandal, Vest-Agder county. Vigeland was born to a family of craftsmen. His parents were Elesæus Thorsen (1835–1886), a cabinetmaker and Anne Aanensdatter (1835–1907). ''Mausoleum'' is a live album by the Danish band Myrkur, released through Relapse Records on 19 August 2016. It consists of acoustic and choral versions of Myrkur's music, which originally had been released as heavy metal songs. ''Mausoleum'' was recorded in the in Oslo, Norway, and features the and the guitarist Håvard Jørgensen. Recording ''Mausoleum'' is a live album with songs by the Danish heavy metal project Myrkur, rearranged for acoustic and choral performances. Most tracks are from Myrkur's debut album '' M'' (2015).
