Myles Beerman
Myles Beerman (born 13 March 1999) is a Maltese footballer who plays as a defender for Maltese Premier League club Sliema Wanderers. Club career Beerman began his football career at Floriana in Malta before moving to England in 2014 to sign for Manchester City in a move which was investigated by FIFA amid suggestions that he was under the legal transfer age when he joined Manchester City in 2014. Beerman was released in May 2016 and then signed for Rangers after agreeing a two-year contract. Beerman made his professional debut for the Ibrox club in a Scottish Premiership match versus Kilmarnock on 6 April 2017, when he played at left-back. On 4 January 2018, Beerman joined Scottish Championship club Queen of the South until the end of May 2018 on a development loan deal. Mġarr
Mġarr (), formerly known as ''Mgiarro'', is a village in the Northern Region of Malta. Mġarr is a rural village, isolated from nearby towns and cities. Mġarr lies west of Mosta and is surrounded by farmland and vineyards. Many of the 4,840 Imġarrin are farmers or otherwise engaged in agricultural activity. History Prehistory The Ta' Skorba Temples are the earliest remains of human occupation in Mġarr, dating back to the Neolithic Għar Dalam phase of Maltese Prehistory. It is believed that they settled in Mġarr because of the fields, hills and water streams. Skorba was excavated in the early 1960s. The Ta' Ħaġrat Temples was built in two phases. The minor Saflieni Phase temple can be entered from the major temple, and was built by smaller rocks. The Ġgantija Phase temple consisted of the rest of the temple, including the majestic entrance. Ibrox Stadium
Ibrox Stadium is a football stadium on the south side of the River Clyde in the Ibrox area of Glasgow, Scotland. The home of Scottish Premiership team Rangers, Ibrox is the third-largest football stadium in Scotland, with an all-seated capacity of 51,700. The stadium was designed by renowned football stadium architect Archibald Leitch, with renovations to the stadium between 1978 and 1981, as well as 1990 and 1991, being designed by The Miller Partnership and Gareth Hutchison respectively. Opened as Ibrox Park in 1899, it suffered a disaster in 1902 when a wooden terrace collapsed. Vast earthen terraces were built in its place, and a main stand, now a listed building, in 1928. The Scottish League Cup, also known as the Premier Sports Cup for sponsorship reasons, is a football competition open to all Scottish Professional Football League (SPFL) clubs. The FA Trophy, currently known as the Meridianbet FA Trophy for sponsorship reasons, is an annual football (soccer), football cup competition that takes place in Malta.
