Myg (character)
Myg is a superhero in the future of the DC Comics universe. He is a master of every form of martial arts to have been developed by the 30th and 31st centuries. Following in the footsteps of Val Armorr, he became the second individual to assume the identity Karate Kid, and briefly served as a member of the Legion of Super-Heroes. Fictional character biography Myg is a member of the ruling council of the planet Lythyl who Timber Wolf chooses to succeed Val Armorr as Karate Kid. He subsequently enrolls in The Legion Academy and joins the Legion of Substitute Heroes. At some point, Myg joins the Legion of Super-Heroes. He becomes disillusioned by the discord between the Legionnaires, particularly Shrinking Violet and Chameleon Girl. He is a member of the Legion of Super-Heroes from the planet Zuun and possesses enhanced strength and agility. Yera Allon, also known as Chameleon Girl, is a fictional character, a superheroine and Legion of Super-Heroes member in the DC Universe's 30th and 31st centuries. Fictional character biography Pre-Zero Hour In the original continuity prior to '' Zero Hour: Crisis in Time!'', veteran Legionnaire Colossal Boy (Gim Allon) was finally able to act upon his unrequited feelings for his teammate Shrinking Violet when the two became a romantic couple and married, to the surprise of the other Legionnaires. Allon later discovers that Violet is Yera Allon, a Durlan who impersonated her after she was kidnapped by other Imskians. She is eventually exposed as an imposter, but chooses to remain with Allon. The Legion Academy is a training school for members of the Legion of Super-Heroes. It was created by Jim Shooter and Curt Swan, and has been re-used and revisited by subsequent creators in the many evolving iterations of the Legion that have been published over the decades.
