My Intuition
''My Intuition'' () is Taiwanese Mandopop artist Rainie Yang's () debut Mandarin solo studio album. It was released by Sony Music Taiwan on 9 September 2005. It sold more than 1.5 million copies in East and Southeast Asia. The literal translation of the Chinese title "曖昧" suggests that a man and woman are involved romantically but the status or nature of their relationship has not been clarified to each other or to others, and therefore in an ambiguous state. The album contains ten tracks, two of which are featured in Taiwanese drama, ''Devil Beside You'' (), as well as the Mandarin version of "True Blue", the theme song for ''Astro Boy''. A second edition of the album was released on 11 November 2005 that included a VCD with five music videos. Rainie Yang
Rainie Yang Cheng Lin (; born 4 June 1984) is a Taiwanese singer, actress, and television host. Early life Yang was born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan, her father's ancestors were from Guangdong, China. She spoke Cantonese at home. By the time she was 13, she had to start working because her father's business failed, which led to her parents being divorced. She attended Hwa Kang Arts School which specialized in performance arts. Career Yang began her career in 2000 as a member of Taiwanese girl group 4 in Love, where she was given the stage name Rainie. The group's popularity in the musical industry achieved limited success. Mandopop
Mandopop or Mandapop refers to Mandarin popular music. The genre has its origin in the jazz-influenced popular music of 1930s Shanghai known as Shidaiqu; with later influences coming from Japanese enka, Hong Kong's Cantopop, Taiwan's Hokkien pop, and in particular the Campus Song folk movement of the 1970s. 'Mandopop' may be used as a general term to describe popular songs performed in Mandarin. Though Mandopop predates Cantopop, the English term was coined around 1980 after "Cantopop" became a popular term for describing popular songs in Cantonese. ''Meeting Love'' (), is Taiwanese Mandopop artist Rainie Yang's () second Mandarin studio album. It was released by Sony Music Taiwan on 17 March 2006. It was available for pre-order and two editions were released including the ''Meeting Love (Lovely Celebration Edition)'', which includes four music videos and 40 minutes of highlight footage of ''Rainie Yang Meeting Love Celebration Concert'' (楊丞琳遇上愛慶功演唱會). The album includes a duet, "甜心咒" (Sweet Curse) with label-mate Evan Yo. Taiwanese People
Taiwanese people may be generally considered the people of Taiwan who share a common culture, ancestry and speak Taiwanese Mandarin, Hokkien, Hakka or indigenous Taiwanese languages as a mother tongue. Astro Boy (2003 TV Series)
is a remake from the 1963 anime series of the same name created by Osamu Tezuka.
