Maroon 5 is an American pop rock band from Los Angeles, California. It consists of lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist Adam Levine, rhythm guitarist and keyboardist Jesse Carmichael, lead guitarist James Valentine (musician), James Valentine, drummer Matt Flynn (musician), Matt Flynn, keyboardist PJ Morton, and bassist and sampler Sam Farrar.
