Charly Musonda (footballer, Born 1969)
Charles Musonda (born 22 August 1969) is a Zambian former professional association football, footballer. At his peak, he played as a midfielder for Belgian club R.S.C. Anderlecht, Anderlecht. Career His debut as a professional for Zambia came in 1988 against Ghana in Lusaka which Zambia won 2–0 and Musonda did not disappoint, tellingly imposing himself on the game. He was one of the star players at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul as Zambia reached the quarter-finals, trouncing Italy and Guatemala with 4–0 scorelines along the way. Masvingo, known as Fort Victoria during the colonial period, is a city in southeastern Zimbabwe and the capital of Masvingo Province. Frankie Chisenga Musonda (born 12 December 1997) is a professional footballer who sometimes plays as a defender for club Ayr United. Born in England, he plays for the Zambia national team. Joseph Musonda (born 30 May 1977) is a Zambian former professional football who played as a defender. An accomplished and reliable defender, he plays in either full back position for the Zambia national team and centre back for his club.
