Multi Group Stone
Multi Group Stone CJSC was established by "Multi Group Concern" in 2002 in Abovyan city, Armenia. The company is involved in minerals mining and processing, i.e. the mining of blocks of natural stone, travertine, at the own quarry ( Ararat city) and the whole cycle of manufacture and final processing of tiles at the factory (Abovyan city). The plant occupies a territory of about 25,000 m2 (270,000 sq.ft.). The industrial building is about 4,100 m2 (44,000 sq.ft.). The main types of travertine products are "Ararat Classico" and "Ararat Noce". Since 2004 the company exports its products to several western countries including United States, Canada, Germany and Russia. Products are including polished, honed, brushed and tumbled stones. Abovyan
Abovyan or Abovian ( hy, Աբովյան), is a town and urban municipal community in Armenia within the Kotayk Province. It is located northeast of Yerevan and southeast of the province centre Hrazdan. As of the 2011 census, the population of the town is 43,495, down from 59,000 reported at the 1989 census. Currently, the town has an approximate population of 44,900 as per the 2020 official estimate. Ararat ( hy, Արարատ) is a town and urban municipal community in the Ararat Province of Armenia, located on the Yerevan- Nakhchivan highway, southeast of the capital Yerevan and south of the provincial centre Artashat.
