Mulamula
Liberata Mulamula, ''née'' Rutageruka (born 1956) is a Tanzanian diplomat and politician who served as Minister for Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation from April 2021 to October 2022. She was appointed by President Samia Suluhu, on 31 March 2021 and was sworn into office on 1 April 2021. Ambassador Mulamula has a 35+ year history as a diplomat and administrator in the Tanzanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Cooperation, including as Tanzania's ambassador to the United Nations in New York City, Canada and the United States of America. Before her retirement from the diplomatic service in April 2016, she served as the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation, for a period of seven months, between May 2015 until December 2015. Palamagamba John Aidan Mwaluko Kabudi (born February 24, 1956) is a Tanzanian lawyer who from April 2021 to January 2022 served as the country's Minister for Constitution and Legal Affairs, appointed by President Samia Suluhu. He was a Minister for Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation appointed by President John Pombe Magufuli since 2020 to 2021. Early life and education Kabudi was born in Singida, Singida Region. He first attended Kilimatinde Primary school in 1964 then from 1965 to the end of 1966 he went to Kitete Primary school. Stergomena Tax
Stergomena Lawrence Tax (born 6 July 1960) is Tanzania's minister for foreign affairs and East African cooperation since 2022. She was previously Minister of Defence and National Service from 2021 to 2022, becoming the first woman to hold the title since the country’s independence. Before that she served as the executive secretary of the Southern African Development Community (SADC). Alphonse Daniel Ntumba Luaba Lumu was the Executive Secretary of International Conference on the Great Lakes Region from December 2011 until 2016. He previously served as the Human Rights Minister of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DR of the Congo). Prior to this appointment, he was a Professor of Public International Law in Kinshasa.
