Mukurweini
Mûkûrwe'inî was a former district in Nyeri County, Kenya. Mûkûrwe'inî was elevated from a division to district status in 2008. The old Mûkûrwe'inî Divisional boundaries remained as the new district's boundaries. Before Kenya's Independence in 1963, Mûkûrwe'inî was referred to as South Tetu Division. It was one of the seven new districts that were created out of the old Nyeri District of Central Province (Kenya), Central Province of Kenya. The district headquarters were located at Kiahungu Township which is also the commercial hub for Mûkûrwe'inî. In 2010, the district was merged with others to form Nyeri County. Kabando Wa Kabando
Kabando wa Kabando (born in August, 1967) is a Kenyan politician and activist. He represented the Mukurweini Constituency in the National Assembly of Kenya for two terms having been elected for the first time in the 2007 Kenyan general election under the Safina Party which he was a member until 2022. Education Kabando went to University of Nairobi and pursued Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in International Training in Corporate Governance and Leadership between 1990 and 1993. Later, he did his Masters in Public Policy & Management at State University of New York, USA between 1999-2001. In 2008, he received a Distinguished Alumnus award from SUNYSB. Politics Kabando was elected as chairman of the Students Organization of Nairobi University (SONU) in 1992. Hon. Mutahi Kagwe is the formecabinet secretary for Healthin the Republic of Kenya. He assumed office on 28 February 2020 after the docket was handed over to him by the previous cabinet secretary for Health, Sicily Kariuki. Central Province (Kenya)
The Central Province ( sw, Kati, ) was a region in central Kenya until 2013, when Kenya's provinces were replaced by a system of counties. It covered an area of and was located to the north of Nairobi and west of Mount Kenya (''see maps''). The province had 4,383,743 inhabitants according to the 2009 census. Muranga
Murang'a (or Muranga) is a town in Murang'a County of Kenya. Before the independence of Kenya in 1963, this town used to be called Fort Hall. It is the administrative centre of Murang'a County and is mainly inhabited by the Kikuyu community. According to the 2019 census, the town has a population of about 110,000. Wajee Nature Park
Wajee Nature Park is a bird conservancy and nature park in Mukuruwe-ini, central Kenya. It is set between Mount Kenya and the Aberdare Range north of Nairobi.
