Mug EP
Creaming Jesus were an English band, influenced by gothic rock, punk and thrash metal, who formed in London, England. Formed in 1987, their original line up was Andy (vocals) Lil (vocals) Tally (bass) Roy (drums) Lindy (drums) and Paul (guitar). Their original sound was a wall of percussive noise (two drummers and a drum machine), Slayer-influenced thrash metal guitarists and screamed vocals. Career The band's first release was a track on the ''House of Dolls'' fanzine covermounted 7" single. Fields Of The Nephilim
Fields of the Nephilim are an English gothic rock band formed in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, in 1984. The band's name refers to a biblical race of angel-human hybrids known as the Nephilim. Career Early years (1984–1991) The band's debut 12" EP, ''Burning the Fields'', was first released in 1985 on their own Tower Release label and was quickly picked up by Jungle Records, who put them in the studio for further recordings that became the ''Returning to Gehenna'' 12" EP. Managed by a Jungle Records director, they soon got signed to Situation 2 records (an imprint of Beggars Banquet Records) in 1986 to release "Power" and "Preacher Man", and their first album, ''Dawnrazor'', which topped the Indie chart in 1987. The next release, "Blue Water", was the first Fields of the Nephilim single to reach the UK Singles Chart (number 75). Star 69 was an English alternative rock band headed by Julie Daniels, who released a single full-length album and a number of EPs in the late 1990s, as well as providing "You Are Here" for the soundtrack to the 1997 movie ''Trojan War''. History Star 69 was established in London, England, after recent American transplant Julie Daniels placed an ad in ''Melody Maker'' for musicians to form a band. Richard Corden of Creaming Jesus, Patrick "Patch" Hannan of The Sundays, and Patch's friend, the producer Warren Huart, responded to the ad. Star 69's first two EPs were recorded in Patch's recording studio, Blah Street, in 1996 and released by Organic Records. The Men That Will Not Be Blamed for Nothing are an English punk rock, punk band from London formed in 2008. Their name is a reference to Goulston Street graffito, the chalked graffiti discovered above a section of blood-stained apron thought to have been discarded by Jack the Ripper as he fled the scene of Catherine Eddowes's murder. They describe themselves as "Crust punk, Crusty punk meets cockney sing-songs meets grindcore in the 1880s." Initially associated with the steampunk movement, they have since sought to broaden their sound and distance themselves from the tag, incorporating elements of death metal, hardcore punk, the new wave of British heavy metal, thrash metal, thrash, black metal, Gothic rock, goth, stand up comedy and music hall. Steampunk
Steampunk is a subgenre of science fiction that incorporates retrofuturistic technology and Applied arts, aesthetics inspired by, but not limited to, 19th-century Industrial Revolution, industrial steam engine, steam-powered machinery. Andrew O'Neill (born 14 September 1979) is a British comedian, musician, presenter, and writer who lives in London. Background Born in Portsmouth in 1979, O'Neill grew up in the London suburban town of Wallington, London, Wallington. They have two brothers, Steve and David. They did their first comedy performance at the age of ten, and started their stand-up career on 16 January 2002 at the Laughing Horse, London Borough of Camden, Camden.
