Rosa Carmina
Rosa Carmina Riverón Jiménez (born November 19, 1929) is a Cuban-Mexican actress and dancer. She was discovered in Cuba by the Spanish filmmaker Juan Orol, and made her debut in Mexican cinema in Orol's film ''A Woman from the East'' in 1946. She quickly achieved great popularity in the Mexico thanks to her talent, demeanor, and unconventional stature (being very tall for an actresses of the time). For several years, she was part of the film crew of Juan Orol in his best gangster films. Among these are the classic '' Gangsters Versus Cowboys'' (1948), considered one of the best Mexican films and considered a cult film in several film clubs around the world. Catalina María del Sagrado Corazón Fernández-Veró Vela (2 August 1944 – 28 June 2023) was a Mexican television presenter, journalist, producer, and actress. She hosted and wrote for numerous television programs for many years. Biography Talina Fernández was born in Mexico City in 1944, the daughter of Jorge Fernández-Veró and Catalina Vela Alcaráz. She went to study in the United States at a very young age. After returning to Mexico, she graduated in nursing from the . Fernández married Gerardo Levy, with whom she had three children, among them the entertainer Mariana Levy, who died from cardiac arrest in 2005. After her separation from Levy, she married politician in 1981. They divorced in 2015, after Fernández alleged infidelity on his part. Manuel Saval
Juan Manuel Ruiz Saval (June 22, 1956 – June 23, 2009) was a Mexican stage, film and television actor who appeared in over twenty telenovelas. His best known role was opposite Victoria Ruffo in the telenovela '' Simplemente Maria''. Biography Saval was the son of film actress and opera singer Manolita Saval and Manuel Ruiz. In 1983 he married Martha Eugenia Gallegos, with whom he had a son, Francisco. Illness and death In 2007 he was diagnosed with laryngeal cancer and had to retire from show business in order to seek surgery and treatment.
